Description:

Mixture of  esters of high-molecular fatty acid and zinc soaps of natural fatty acids,it is one high effective rubber dispersing and processing additive for special rubbers,the appearance is light brown pastilles,non-toxics, insoluble in water,soluble in organic alcohol ,oil and fat.

Application：

       RF-5 mainly can be used as dispersant and lubricant for high-filler type synthetic  diene rubber compounds; particularly suitable for compounds containing high-activity silica. RF-5 improves filler dispersion and reduces mixing and processing viscosities. RF-5 is a processing promoter that has been especially designed for silica compounds. In addition, it shows excellent behavior in carbon black compounds. RF-5 increases scorch safety and reduces energy consumption in extrusion. RF-5 improves wet grip properties. While mixing, RF-5 is incorporated with the fillers. Silane coupling agent processes are not  affected by RF-5.  It can be  applied for  the production of tire or other rubber products.

Dosage: 3 - 5 phr.

Packing: composite paper bag, 25kg.

Storage: stored closely in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. The storage life is 12 months.
