Application：

This product is versatile rubber processing promoter, having internal and external lubrication and dispersion function, can be used to rubber mastication and mixing process. Can plasticate natural rubber and isoprene rubber while used for rubber mastication, having plasticizing effect to increase compound plasticity and fluidity. When used for rubber mixing process, it can promote the dispersing of fillers and other additives, shorten the mixing cycle, lower mixing energy consumption, reduce heat build-up of rubber compound to improve mixing efficiency. This product can be used to improve the extrusion properties of rubber compound, improve the extrusion speed and smoothness of the semi-finished products. Stearic acid dosage in formula can be partially reduced by useing this product.

Storage stability:  under cool and dry conditions max. 1 year.
